K.THANKAPPAN, J.W.P.(C) NO. 7369 OF 2006
Dated this the 10 th day of October, 2006
Heard both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remitted a sum of Rs.30,000/-. Counsel further submits that the petitioner could not continue to pay Rs.30,000/- as per the interim order dated 13.3.2006 and seeks some more time to pay the loan amount in instalments. This course is not seriously opposed by the respondents. In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month. It is made clear that if the petitioner commits default in payment of two consecutive instalments, the Bank can proceed against the petitioner as per law.
