O R D E RThe petitioner is accused of the offence punishable under Sections 324 and 326 IPC, as he had inflicted injuries, including fracture on the third meta carpel and on the middle finger of left hand, on 21.8.2006, when he assaulted the defacto complainant. It is submitted by the learned counsel, that the petitioner also sustained injuries and at his instance, another case had been registered as crime No.536/2006 of Kottiyam Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 324 IPC.
2. After hearing both sides and considering the facts involved in this case, I direct the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer, who is investigating crime No.555/2006 of Kottiyam Police Station, on 18.10.2006 between 9.30 a.m and 10.00 a.m.
3. The Investigating Officer shall interrogate the B.A.6009/2006 2 petitioner and in the event of his arrest, he shall be released on bail, on he executing a bond for Rs.20,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, arresting him.
4. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer, as and when required, till the completion of the investigation. The application is disposed of as above. J.M.JAMES
