O R D E RThe petitioner is the fifth accused, in crime No.120/2004 of Vallikunnam Police station which, after the completion of the investigation, is now pending as C.P.No.34/2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kayamkulam. The petitioner appeared before the Court below, on summons. He was remanded by the Court, submits the prosecution. Hence this application.
2. After hearing both sides and considering the
materials that are placed before me, I
grant bail and
release the petitioner from jail, subject to the following
(a). The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kayamkulam. B.A.6177/2006 2
(b). The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer, once in a week on every Thursday, between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m., for a period of two months, starting from 26.10.2006, and thereafter, on the first working day of every month, between the same timings, till the completion of the trial and final disposal of the case.
(c). The petitioner shall be present on all posting dates before the Court below, unless the same is exempted by that Court.
(d). The petitioner shall not leave the State of Kerala, till the completion of the trial, by the Sessions Court. The application is allowed as above. J.M.JAMES
