THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN, J.M.F.A.No.972 Of 1999
Dated this the 20 th day of October, 2006.
This appeal by the insurer is on the question whether it is liable to satisfy the award, the Tribunal having found that the driver did not have a valid licence. The Tribunal has passed the award directing the insurer to satisfy it and to be reimbursed by the insured by execution of the impugned award. So much so I do not find any illegality in the impugned award. The appeal is dismissed. No costs. THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN,
