J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers :- (1)Issue a writ of certiorari, or other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing Ext.P4. (2)Declare that the petitioner's pay is not liable to be reviewed or regulated and that she is not liable to refund any amount towards any alleged excess pay drawn on the basis of the re-option dt. 24.4.1999 exercised by her in terms of Ext.P3 G.O. dt. 5.2.1999 and direct the respondents accordingly. (3)Declare that the re-option already exercised by petitioner is in order and direct the respondents to grant all the consequential benefits arising out of such re-option dt. 24.4.1999 to the petitioner, forthwith. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into Ext.P5 since action on the audit objection is to be considered by the Government. Ext.P5 shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. The interim order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.11793/03 will continue till such time. It will be open to the petitioner to take all available contentions before the first respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
