O R D E RThe petitioner is before this Court, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The Public Prosecutor submits that no cognisable offence has so far been registered against the petitioner. However, it is further submitted by the prosecution that the petitioner is required for questioning. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already been questioned.
2. In the above facts situation, if the petitioner is required for interrogation, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice, according to the law, in which event, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and undergo interrogation.
