Dated this the 7th day of July , 2006.

Judgment Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P3 order of transfer issued by respondent No.2 posting her as Higher Secondary School Teacher in Govt. Higher Secondary School, Valayam in Kozhikode District

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that she has been transferred even before she had completed 6 months of service. She submits that she has got a breast feeding child and her mother in law is sick and infirm also. Anyhow, learned counsel points out that two other vacancies are likely to arise in Palakkad district , one at Kattayi and another at Vadanamkurrissi. It is also pointed out that petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 representation in this regard before respondent No.2 . The limited prayer is to issue an appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to consider Ext.P4 and accommodate the petitioner at either of the two stations in Palakkad district mentioned above.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that if there is any possibility to accommodate the petitioner in Palakkad district itself, respondent No.2 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders . The above submission is recorded.

4. Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner as highlighted in WP.17003/06 2 Ext.P4 and take a decision as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The interim order that is in force till today shall remain extended till a final decision is taken by respondent No.2 on Ext.P4 as directed above. A.K. Basheer Judge. an.
