J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayer.
a) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order, compelling the respondents to immediately auction off 320 pieces of Sandalwood taken from the petitioner shown as 6th item in Ext.P8 order in the next public auction and to deposit the sale proceeds as fixed deposit so as to enable the Judicial forum to decide on the recipient of the deposit. In view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the 2nd respondent, in which case appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
