Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding the recovery steps initiated against the petitioner as per Ext.P1 towards contribution to the Toddy Workers Welfare Fund. In case the petitioner has still any grievance left, it is for him to pursue his statutory remedy against the determination order. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
