J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the respective properties held by the petitioners under Exts.P1 to P3 pattayam.
b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to issue to the petitioner the survey plan and report prepared based on the survey conducted as per Ext.P6. Petitioners may approach the 2nd respondent by way of an appropriate representation within a period of two months from today, in which case the 2nd respondent will consider the grievance of the petitioners with notice to them and take appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
