J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to entrust the investigation in Crime No.524 of 2002 of Adoor Police Station to crime Branch under the supervision of a superior officer not below the rank of D.I.G. It is seen from the statement of the 3rd respondent that a detailed investigation has been conducted and a report also has been submitted to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Adoor. It is also stated that in case the investigating agency gets any other clue, further investigation can be conducted. Therefore, it is for the petitioner, if still aggrieved, to approach the 1st respondent in which case appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
