J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is having a regular permit on the route Koyilandy- Kozhikode granted in respect of his vehicle KL-11 P 7983. Ext.P1 is the time schedule of his vehicle. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application for modifying the time schedule of the said vehicle. Alleging inaction from the part of the respondent to consider that petition, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Pleader submitted that he has no instruction in the matter. Service of notice on the respondent is complete. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law, if the same is received and pending, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
