J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- A. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction directing the respondents not to recover any amount from the salary of the petitioners which was released on the basis of Ext.P1 judgment of this Hon'ble Court to pay income tax liability. There is already an interim order in which reads as follows:
"There shall be an interim stay of recovery of the balance amount available after paying the income tax". The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said interim order.
