J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery of sales tax on the the bill amounts due to him. According to the petitioner, the entire dues have been recovered. Petitioner may approach the 1st and 2nd respondents in which case the matter will be duly considered by the said respondents with notice to the petitioner permitting also the petitioner to peruse the records. Thereafter the respondents will pass appropriate orders with regard to the actual liability of the petitioner. In the event of the petitioner approaching the respondents 1 and 2 as above, the needful shall be done by the said respondents with notice to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In order to workout the relief as above, the interim order passed by this court in C.M.P.No.16696/2003will continue for another four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
