O.P.No.24990 OF 2002Dated this the 22nd day of November,2006.
JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to get her appointment approved with effect from 07-08-99. But by Ext.P5 her appointment was approved with effect from 01-09-1999. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader agreed that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered in favour of the petitioner in view of the judgment in O.P.No.18206/02. Therefore, petitioner is entitled to the same treatment as given to the petitioner in the judgment mentioned supra. Accordingly, the impugned order to extend it relates to the petitioner is quashed. It is declared that petitioner is entitled to get her appointment approved with effect from 07-08-1999. It is also directed that needful will be done by the Educational officer concerned and petitioner is entitled to get the eligible benefits also. This shall be disbursed to the petitioner without any further delay. Writ petition is disposed of as above. K.M.JOSEPH.
