The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
(i) call for the records leading to Ext.P5 order and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari. (ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondents to fix the petitioner pay in the scale of pay Rs.1590-3060 from 5-10-88 in the scale of Rs.1650-3175 from 26-10-90 and in the scale 2200- 3500 from 1-3-92 and pay to her all consequential benefits such as arrears of salary, revision of pension and gratuity forthwith. Among other contentions, it is pointed out in ground E that Smt.Ramlabi and K.Ayshakutty have been granted the scale. It is for the petitioner to point out such instances before the Government in which case untrammelled by the stand taken in Ext.P5 the case of the petitioner will also be re- examined and appropriate orders on the representation will also be passed within another four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
