Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding the denial of leave surrender, pay revision arrears, dearness allowance, fixation of liability etc. It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has already approached the Board of Directors of the first respondent which is pending before the said authority. It is further submitted that one item of liability has already been cleared. Since the appellate authority is thus seized of the case of the petitioner there will be a direction to the said authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner with notice to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. As far as the grievance regarding the arrears of benefits referred to above, it will be open to the petitioner to point out the same before the first respondent in which case appropriate action to disburse the eligible benefits will be taken within another two months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
