Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding the recovery steps initiated at the instance of the first respondent as per Exts.P1 and P2. It is seen from the counter affidavit that steps have been taken for realisation of the arrears of energy charges. In case the petitioner has still any dispute as to the factual position he may approach the Deputy Chief Engineer in which case the matter will be duly considered by the said authority with notice to the petitioner and appropriate orders in accordance with law will be passed within another three months. In order to enable the petitioner to work out the relief as above the interim order in I.A.No.3049/2003 will continue for a period of four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
