Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding issuance of caste certificate. It is seen that pursuant to interim orders passed by this court the certificate has been issued. Necessary safeguards were also made in the order dated 10-6-2004 in I.A.No.7034/2004 and order dated 8-7-2002 in C.M.P.No.29129/2002 wherein it is made clear that it will be open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. In the light of the above interim orders no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is closed.
