K.K.DENESAN, J.WP(C)No. 31122 OF 2006
Dated this the 24th November, 2006.
Feeling aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the Director of Panchayats on 20.11.2006 transferring the petitioner from Pirayiri Grama Panchayat to Kavasseri Grama Panchayat for accommodating the third respondent who is transferred from Kasaragrode, representation evidenced by Ext.P5 has been filed before the first respondent. It is contended that the petitioner has been subjected to four transfers within one year and the present transfer in any event, could have been avoided if the third respondent was accommodated at Kavasseri instead of transferring the petitioner to Kavasseri and then posting the third respondent in Pirayiri Grama Panchayat.
2. The grievance highlighted by the petitioner requires to be noticed by the first respondent and appropriate decision taken after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the third respondent. This shall be done within six weeks on the petitioner producing a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj
