The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers :-
(i) "Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Exts.P14, P15, P16 and P17 and quash the same to the extent it is objected to in this writ petition. (ii) Call for the order, if any issued pursuant to Ext.P8 judgment of this Hon'ble Court adversely affecting the seniority or other service conditions of the petitioner and quash the same. (iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to promote the petitioner as Professor in Radiotherapy in Medical Education Service with effect from 1.6.2002 with all service benefits retrospectively." There is no counter affidavit. It is seen that Exts.P10 and P11 representations are pending before the first respondent. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into Exts.P10 and P11 after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent, and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
