Dated this the 24th November, 2006.
It is contended that CLR service period from 30.5.1979 to 14.3.1986 in respect of the petitioner has not been counted for pension. Ext.P7 representation filed by the petitioner before the second respondent has therefore to be considered and decision taken.
2. Heard Legal Liaison Officer for the respondents.
3. The second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on Ext.P7 within one month on the petitioner producing a copy of the judgment. If the claim made by the petitioner is found sustainable, consequential benefits shall be worked out and paid to the petitioner without delay. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
