W.P.(C) No. 31328 OF 2006Dated this the 27th day of November, 2006
JUDGMENT
Sri. S. Ramesh Babu, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of 1st respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the Corporation conducted a hearing pursuant to the directions of the Tribunal in Ext.P5 judgment as early as on 02.09.06, the Corporation has not so far chosen to pass orders.
3. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the documents particularly Exts.P2 and P6, I do not find any reason as to why the Corporation should not pass orders early on the basis of the hearing conducted pursuant to Ext.P6. This Writ Petition therefore will stand disposed of with the following directions: If hearing which was proposed as per Ext.P6 is already over on 02.09.06 as the petitioner asserts, the 1st respondent Corporation will pass final orders on the basis of that hearing as directed by the Tribunal in Ext.P5 order at their earliest and at any rate within three weeks of receiving copy of this judgment.
