KURIAN JOSEPH, J.W.P(C)No.33996 of 2003
Dated this the 28th day of November, 2006
Aggrieved by Ext.P5 the petitioners have submitted Ext.P6 before the second respondent. According to them they are entitled to the wages in view of the declaration made by this court in Ext.P3 judgment in O.P.No.12896/2002. There cannot be any dispute on that aspect since this court had declared that the petitioners will be entitled to wages as regular part-time sweepers. The stand taken in the counter affidavit is that there was a mistake in working out the benefits due to the petitioners. There will be a direction to the respondents to look into the matter with notice to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P6 within another four months. The interim order passed by this court will continue till such time. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
