J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers :-
(i) "To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 2nd respondent to make appointments to the vacancies reserved for physically handicapped persons in Government Officers and Public Sector Undertakings and appoint the petitioner to one such post, after completing the requisite formalities, forthwith; (ii) or in the alternative, direct the second respondent or such of them to consider and dispose of Ext.P5 representation, at the earliest, in the light of Ext.P4, after hearing the petitioner." There will be a direction to the second respondent/competent authority to take appropriate action on Ext.P5, in the light also of Ext.P4, if not already taken, within three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
