The petitioner has retired from the service of the respondent Board while working as Overseer. According to him, while computing the qualifying service, the Board has not taken into consideration his CLR service. Ext.P8 representation has been filed by him before the second respondent for granting him the benefit of CLR service.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Legal Laision Officer for the respondents.
3. In the circumstances, there shall be an order directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P8, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months on the petitioner producing a copy of the judgment.
