JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

i) issue a writ of mandamus or order or direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 and P6 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a time limit that may be fixed by this Honourable Court. There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Exts.P3 and P6 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law with notice and an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
