J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) to call for the entire records leading upto Ext.P7 and to issue a writ of mandamus compelling the respondents to appoint the petitioner as L.P.Arabic Teacher earlier than his juniors in that category appointed to that post. ii) to issue a writ of mandamus compelling the respondents to afford appropriate appointment to the petitioner under the quota meant for physically handicapped persons, especially for the post of L.P.Arabic Teacher. There is no counter affidavit. In case the petitioner has any surviving grievance, he may approach the 2nd respondent in which case the matter will be duly considered by the 2nd respondent with notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
