J U D G M E N T
Writ petitioner availed a loan from the second respondent Society. However, he defaulted the payment. Therefore, the property that was pledged by the writ petitioner was taken possession of. The writ petitioner is before this Court praying that he may be granted the facility of one time settlement scheme, so that he could pay back the amount, as per the scheme, laid down in Circular No.27/2006, dated 29/06/2006.
2. In view of the above facts, I direct the writ petitioner to file a fresh representation before the second respondent, within one week from today, requesting that he may be granted the facility of one time settlement scheme and, the respondent shall dispose of the same, within three weeks, thereon, extending the facilities of one time settlement scheme under Circular No.27/2006. 3. Till the disposal of the representation so filed by the writ petitioner, all the proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner for taking possession of the property shall stand stayed. (J.M.JAMES) Judge ms
