J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

i) issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing Ext.P6 notification published by the second respondent in the Notice Board of the first respondent after calling for the entire records leading to it. ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to the fourth respondent to cause an enquiry into all appointments in the establishment of the first respondent during the tenure of the second respondent through the Director of Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau which is the only appropriate machinery of the Government for enquiring into the corrupt acts of the type. iii) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction granting an interim stay of proceeding any further for selection and appointment pursuant to Ext.P6 notification of the 2nd respondent. It is for the petitioner to approach the Government in which case appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken expeditiously, after affording an opportunity for hearing to the affected parties also. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
