J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers:- ii) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection filed by the petitioner against Ext.P2 timings issued to the 3rd respondent's bus KL-8/A-7677 on the route Kappil H.S.Kilimanoor, afresh untrammelled by Exts.P2 and P7 orders, with notice to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent and other interested operators, urgently. iii) direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection filed by the petitioner against Ext.P2 timings issued tot he 3rd respondent's bus KL-8/A-7677 on the route Kappil H.S. Kilimanoor, afresh untrammelled by Exts.P2 and P7 orders, with notice to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent and other interested operators, urgently, pending the final disposal of the O.P. The writ petition is of the year 2001. There is no counter affidavit. In the above circumstances, it is made clear that the impugned orders in the writ petition shall not stand in the way of the petitioner filing a fresh application before the 1st respondent in which case the matter will be duly considered by the 1st respondent with notice to the petitioner and the other affected parties. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
