J U D G M E N T

The grievance is on Exts. P2 & P3 bills of water charges. It is seen that the petitioner had submitted Ext.P4 representation before the 2nd respondent. There will be a direction to the 2nd respondent/competent authority to consider Ext.P2, with notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
