The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:-
"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 not to terminate the service of the petitioner in violation of the terms and conditions of Ext.P1 order of appointment." It is seen from Ext.P1 itself that the appointment is made under Rule (a) (i) of the KS&SS Rules. It is also settled law that such temporary appointees have no right to claim the benefits in service beyond the termination of appointment. The writ petition is hence dismissed.
