J U D G M E N T
Exts. P6 & P7 judgment and decree in LAR 63/02 on the file of the Subordinate Judges Court, Cherthala is challenged on the ground that the requisitioning authority has not afforded an opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the proceedings. The issue is covered in favour of the petitioner by the decision of the Supreme Court. I set aside Exts. P6 & P7. The matter is remanded to the Subordinate Judges Court, Cherthala with a direction to the said reference court to dispose of the same, with notice to the petitioner and the 1st respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
