The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:- (iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner accrued interest of Rs.2,03,245/- as provided in Clause 9 of Ext.P1 from the date of deposit (2408-96) till the date of issuance of intimation for occupation (23-09-2002). In the statement filed on behalf of the 4th respondent it is stated that the authority is taking earnest efforts to settle the issue between the parties. The writ petition is hence disposed of directing the 4th respondent to settle the grievance of the petitioner with notice to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
