JUDGMENT

Writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 representation submitted by the petitioner before the 1st respondent/District Collector. It is submitted by petitioner that gas agency allotted to her is running in accordance with the conditions of the agency prescribed by the oil company. Petitioner's case is that even though petitioner submitted Ext.P2 representation before the 1st respondent, no action has been taken so far in the matter.

2. Government Pleader submitted that complaints are received from customers. In any case, since the 3rd respondent against whom complaint is made by petitioner is under the District Collector, I direct the District Collector to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with the conditions for distribution of gas. If any adverse action is proposed against petitioner based on enquiry, Collector should communicate the same to the petitioner. District Collector will afford an opportunity for hearing petitioner's objection and then W.P.(C)NO.31132 OF 2006 Page numbers only pass orders. Collector shall take final decision in the matter on all complaints within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
