Complaint of the petitioner, who is a retired teacher is that she has been denied the revision of salary and pensionary benefits as per the pay revision for the reason that her service book is not traceable. Petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 representation before the third respondent highlighting her grievances.
2. I heard learned Government Pleader also.
3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P5 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of as above. K.M.JOSEPH.
