JUDGMENT
As per Ext.P1 judgment in W.P.(C)17147/05, this court directed the learned Munsiff, Paravur, to dispose of O.S.84/96 and O.S.109/05 expeditiously and in any case within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It was pronounced on 08.06.05. Again this court was called upon to give direction in the same suit in W.P.(C) 17168/05, when respondents challenged the order passed by the learned Munsiff to set aside the report submitted by the commissioner. Arguments of the learned counsel appearing for petitioner was that learned Munsiff has not disposed the suit. Learned Munsiff, Paravur is directed to dispose the suits expeditiously, including Ext.P5 application, if pretrial steps are over within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR,
JUDGE.
