V.K.Bali,C.J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the observation made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment that 'the dismissal of the original petition would not stand in the way of the petitioner applying for the course prospectively for the coming years, which can be considered based on an inspection by the authorities', this writ appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.
