J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are Anganvadi Helpers. It is stated that they have been working as such on permanent basis. Their claim is for appointment/promotion to the post of Anganvadi Workers. The petitioners have made there claim based on Ext. P12 order passed by the Government. Ext. P14 representation filed by them is pending with the 1st respondent-Director. It is, therefore necessary that the facts and contentions referred to in Ext. P14 shall be adverted to by the 1st respondent and appropriate decision taken without delay.
2. Having heard the Govt. Pleader also, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition fixing a time frame for the 1st respondent to pass orders on Ext. P14. Accordingly, there shall be an order directing the 1st respondent to consider the request of the W.P.C. No. 33073/06 -2- petitioners in the light of Exts. P12 and P13 and pass orders within three weeks on the 1st petitioner producing a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. K.K. DENESAN
