JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 and their Officers and men to put the petitioners in possession of the land namely 1.50 acres of land in R.S.No.427/1C belonging to the 1st petitioner, 4.08 Acres of land in R.S.No.427/1C belonging to the 2nd petitioner, 3.00 Acres of land in R.S.No.427/1C belonging to the 3rd petitioner and 0.67 Acres of land belonging to petitioners 4, 5 and 6 together in Mampad Village, Nilambur Taluk, Malappuram District, in the light of Ext.P2 judgment and Ext.P6 report of the Tahsildar after removing respondents 5 to 12 and their associates from the property. There is no counter affidavit. Now that there is a report of the 4th respondent as early as on 27-5-2000, there will be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law with notice to the parties, if not already taken, in the light of the report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
