For Petitioner :SRI.K.P.MUJEEB
For Respondent : No Appearance
The Hon'ble MR. Justice K.K.DENESAN
O R D E R
K.K.DENESAN, J.WP(C)No. 29163 OF 2006
Dated this the 13th December,2006.
Exts.P1 and P2 are under challenge. Ext.P1 was passed on 5.3.2005 and Ext.P2 on 30.8.2006. Ext.P1 is by the Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department and Ext.P2 is by the Chief Engineer of the Local Self Government Department. The petitioner has been deployed from Public Works Department to Local Self Government Department along with few other Second Grade Draftsman/Overseers. It would appear from Ext.P5 that he has been transferred from Areakode Block Panchayat, Malappuram to Perumbadappu Block Panchayat in the same district. The petitioner says that he is working in Public Works Department itself and Ext.P5 is of no consequence.
2. It is unnecessary for me to go into those aspects in these proceedings since the petitioner had submitted Exts.P3 and P4 representations before the Chief Engineer, PWD requesting to cancel the order of deployment. Ext.P3 order was filed on 12.10.2006 and Ext.P4 was filed on 19.10.2006.
3. The second respondent-Chief Engineer is directed to consider Exts.P3 and P4 and pass appropriate orders within one month on the petitioner producing a copy of the WPC 29163/2006 2 judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. No other orders are called for. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj
