ORDERThe petitioner who is the accused in crime no.132/2006 as per the order of the court below was given custody of the car that was seized. But the R.C. and the concerned documents of the vehicle were not released to the petitioner. The subsequent application filed to release the records was also dismissed. It is submitted that the petitioner is unable to operate the vehicle for more than the last 4 months and that the insurance of the vehicle has to be renewed. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already married the lady who is allegedly the victim of the offence under section 366 A IPC.
2. In the circumstances, it is hereby ordered that the documents concerning the vehicle is to be released to the petitioner after substituting the same with the certified copies and on executing bond for Rs.one lakh with two solvent sureties, each for the like amount and on condition that the same shall be produced as and when required. The Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
