J U D G M E N T
Ext. P7 is a representation filed by the petitioner and pending with the 1st respondent. The petitioner is working as Asst. Sub Inspector of Police in Kasaragod District. It is contended that his right to get increments as also his right to be considered for promotion from the post of Head Constable with consequential service benefits were denied in view of the pendency of disciplinary proceedings against him. Now, the disciplinary proceedings are over, and therefore, he is entitled to be granted all the benefits which he was deprived of during the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The 1st respondent shall consider Ext. P7 with reference to all relevant records and take appropriate decision within six weeks on the petitioner producing a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. WPC No.33268 /2006 2 The writ petition is disposed of as above. K.K. DENESAN
