Petitioner is aggrieved by the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him culminating in the impugned orders. In view of the intervening developments and in view of the order, I propose to pass in this case it is not necessary to go into the merit of the case since the petitioner has an effective remedy of adjudication under Section 69 of the Kerala Co- operative Societies Act before the Co-operative Arbitration Court. In the nature of the dispute raised in this case it is only appropriate that the petitioner pursues his statutory remedy. Since the petitioner has been reinstated in service, petitioner will return Ext.P10 cheque to the 1st respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as follows. In the event of the petitioner invoking the remedy within a period of two months from today, the same shall be treated to have been initiated in time. In the event of the petitioner thus approaching the Co-operative Arbitration Court, the case will be disposed of, within another six months.
