J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is field with the following prayers:
i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose Ext.P1 petition in the light of the prior claim available under Section 11(2) of the Act for realisation of dues to the Provident Fund Department. ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 3rd respondent to disburse the amounts due to the Provident Fund Department, out of the sale proceeds, on first priority as per Section 11(2) of the Act before disbursing the amounts due to the 1st respondent Bank. There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P1 with notice to the petitioner and respondents 1 and 2, if not already disposed of, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
