J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is aggrieved since his application for monthly pension was rejected on the ground that as per the available records petitioner was not a member of the Family Pension Fund. According to the petitioner one of the co-workers was granted the pension as per Ext.P7. Since the rejection is only for want of records, the petitioner may approach the 1st respondent again with the available records pointing out also the case of Ext.P7, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the 1st respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law without discriminating the petitioner will be taken within another four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
