J U D G M E N T
The original petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:-
"(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order to pay claims such as arrear salary and DA of Rs.93,577 and the consequent increase in amount of surrender leave salary of Rs.4,881 and increase in the gratuity amount of Rs.13,768." Learned Standing Counsel submits that that all the eligible benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner. In case the petitioner has still any dispute on the facts, he may approach the 1st respondent, in which case appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken, with notice to the petitioner, within another four months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
