Koshy,J. This is a petition for police protection. On instructions, learned Government Pleader submitted that a crime was registered against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner approached the civil court and civil court ordered status quo. We are not expressing any opinion regarding the cases pending in the civil court or criminal court as they have to be adjudicated according to law on the basis of evidence. However, police is directed to see that law and order is maintained and lives of the parties are not endangered. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHY
