J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
b) issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ order or direction to quash Ext.P2.
c) direct the 3rd respondent to measure the work completed by the petitioner and grant the petitioner the completion certificate. There is no counter affidavit. Since the petitioner has sought for a mandamus, writ petition is disposed of as follows: Petitioner may approach the 3rd respondent by way of an appropriate representation within a period of two months from today, the matter will be duly considered by the 3rd respondent/competent authority with notice to the petitioner and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken thereon within another four months. The interim order passed by this court will continue till such time.
